Ammo and TheresaMy name is Theresa Loehde and I am pleased to join the Rottweiler Club of Canada in the position of Membership Chair. For as long as I can remember I have been in love with the Rottweiler breed and in March of 2009 I was finally blessed with my first Rottweiler, Ammo (2010 RCC National Youth Siegerin UR01 SG1 Rated CH. Ashemburg’s Gun Powder N Lead CD RE SD-A-SP CGN HIC TT).

When Ammo first joined my family she was supposed to be a pet only but it became evident early on in our training that we were destined to enter the world of competition, she was just too smart not to! Together Ammo and I have competed in obedience, rally and scent detection, we have also taken agility classes and tried out sheep herding and are now looking forward to our next adventure together, barn hunt! Ammo and I have also recently become a pet therapy volunteer team with the Pet Therapy Society of Northern Alberta where we hope to show people how wonderful and versatile this breed really is.

I am thankful for this opportunity to serve on the Rottweiler Club of Canada board and look forward to helping promote our great breed!
